Pre-order Terms

Preflight order service is available for selected RwandAir international flights leaving Rwanda no later than 96 hours prior to departure date.

A minimum purchase of $49 and maximum purchase of $1000, payable by credit card only

Exceptional circumstances such as flight disruption, aircraft rotation and operational requirements etc may impact availability of redeemed items on board your flight.

Credit card purchase will be charged in US dollars. DFASS Rwanda LTD honors various kinds of credit cards – Amex, Visa, MasterCard and China Union Pay.
